I highly recommend New Hampton Storage and Transfer to store and maintain your product.  The Donaldson Company has had a wonderful working relationship with New Hampton Storage and Transfer for over 20 years, ending only because our product line moved out of state to a different manufacturing plant.

In these many years of service, the Schwickerath family and staff have been responsible for receiving, storing and shipping our product on a daily basis for both domestic and international customers.  I first worked with them as a domestic customer service representative and they were in charge of shipping my orders all throughout the US and Canada.  They never failed in the drive and determination to consistently meet and exceed the requirements for the expectations we gave them.  If there ever was an issue or problem, they were quick to take responsibility and ownership if it was their issue, or point out for me to correct if it were an issue that I created.  Later, when I moved into my current role as International Customer Service Supervisor, they continued to bring their drive for accuracy, awesome customer service and professionalism for their responsibility of shipping our product overseas as well as continuing their stellar domestic performance.   There was never an issue of "if "they would do something for us, they always found a way and did it with high professionalism and enthusiasm.  They have proven to be a great and trusted representative for our company. 

I personally feel the work ethics and morals displayed daily are a part of their family business structure that is a rare commodity in the current business environment.  New Hampton Storage and Transfer is a progressive company, always up for a challenge and learning opportunity.  I will miss the opportunity to work with them; it has been a real pleasure.

I would like to strongly recommend New Hampton Storage and Transfer as the caretaker of your product. The Donaldson Company has had a wonderful working relationship with New Hampton Storage and Transfer for over 20 years, ending only because our product line was moved out of state to a different manufacturing plant. 

In these many years of service, the Schwickerath family and staff have been responsible for receiving, storing and shipping our product on a daily basis for both domestic and international customers.  For the past two years they were granted access to our computer system to key these transactions on site, making our inventory live time.  As Inventory Controller I was involved in the training, support and auditing of this transition.  Never was I disappointed nor did I ever feel they were not up to the task.  Their communication with Donaldson employees and the trucking firms was excellent and never less then professional. We have, at times, housed inventory in excess of four million dollars without concern.  The accuracy of our annual physical inventory audits were some of the best in the company, due to everyone's drive for perfection.  They have proven to be a great and trusted representative for our company.
